Abstract
The demarcation of social relations is a fundamental mark of contemporaneity. To this phenomenon, more and more transforming and effective methods of implementing new forms of social interaction are emerging in several spaces. The labor environment, one of these spaces, is also rewarded with studies and implementations of practices that seek to re-significate the meanings of positions and functions occupied by all employees within a company. Ownership, in this spectrum, becomes the fundamental key of this social transformation. The feeling of ownership within companies leads to improvements and abundances in the results and goals achieved, especially in the financial ones. After all, if there is a new culture that introduces new benefits into the market, this must be an essential requirement of business structures.
